A game is stuck
Return to Player and reopen the game. If the problem continues, fully close Ryvic once and relaunch it.
Creator disconnected
Reopen Create when you are online. Builds run on Ryvic’s servers and reconnect to the same saved job instead of charging or starting twice.
Account help
Sign in again from Player. Account deletion is available from the account controls in Player and signs the device out when complete.
Privacy or content concern
Use the email above to request data deletion, report a game, or flag inappropriate content. Include a screenshot when possible.
