Help for the launch build.
Ryvic is intentionally focused. If something feels broken, the fastest fixes usually come from restarting the run, returning to the feed, or clearing local progress from settings.
Quick checks
- If a game feels stuck, leave the run and reopen it from the arcade home.
- If the continue section looks stale, reset local progress from settings and relaunch.
- If touch controls feel off, fully close and reopen the app so the run starts clean.
Launch feedback
During TestFlight, use Apple's built-in feedback flow for crashes, screenshots, and device-specific issues. Include the game name and what you were doing right before the problem happened.
Account help
Account access for this build uses Sign in with Apple only. If sign-in does not finish, close the browser sheet and start again from Profile.
Current scope
The support path in this build is focused on the current Ryvic roster plus the feed, search, and profile shell. Creator tools, project management, credits, and studio flows are intentionally excluded from the mobile launch surface.
